Meet the Team.

Liz loves buying and selling real estate, but most of all she loves giving back to people. There's a new wave of tech real estate coming and it's time for homeowners to take their owner profit. Liz started iSaleByOwner with one thing in mind "to provide a service that would show homeowners exactly how to sell their homes on their own BUT get the full service real estate experience - all while saving thousands in commission."

 Liz has over 12 years experience in the real estate industry and in 2021-2023 she was ranked in the Top 2% club at her brokerage Charles Rutenberg Realty.  She has strategically selected an elite team of real estate professionals to provide the highest quality of service. When you choose to work with us to buy or sell your home, you are not just engaging with two skilled real estate agents and administrative staff; you are hiring caring people who want you to have a positive, beneficial experience in buying or selling your home. 

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her son who is studying to be a pilot at Embry Riddle Aeronaudical University. 

Adriana is a listing specialist and a buyer's specialist.  She has spent the last 10 years learning everything there is to know about the real estate industry. She is an expert in the investment and wholesaling side of real estate - plus is all about customer service. She is looking to build lasting relationships and guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. Hard work, dedication and a solution-based mindset is why our clients love her. 

 In her spare time, Adriana enjoys spending time with her two children Crystiana (3) and Roman (8 Months). For the past nine years  Adriana has attended Journey Church and is a Sunday school teacher there.
