Your home will be listed in YOUR local MLS and all other major websites like Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Homes.com and many more.
STEP 5) You show your home.
Your contact information will be listed in the MLS and you choose when you want to show your home.
STEP 6) Accept an offer from agents.
When a buyer is ready, their agent will contact you to go over the offer. You have the power to negotiate all offers.
STEP 7) Contract to Close.
After you accept an offer, our title attorney will assist you in closing and you save thousands of dollars!
